Yes, we provide delivery and setup services for all our bouncy castles.

 

All our bouncy castles are inspected and cleaned regularly. We also provide safety instructions for proper use.

In case of bad weather, we offer a full refund or rescheduling options.

Yes, as long as there is enough space and the ceiling height is sufficient.

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.

Usually for a regular bouncer a typical 15 amp household outlet is needed. We require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can trip your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. 

Typically the rule of thumb is a 5 foot clearance in length, width and height. It's always a good idea to measure your space prior to booking a unit and of course we are always happy to discuss further.

If there is availability, overnight rentals are allowed for a fee! Call for additional information.

We can set up on grass (preferred) , dirt, asphalt and concrete as long as it is a flat and level surface. Setting up on loose rock is not allowed.

If damage occurs due to failure to follow our rules and safety rules you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower.

Attendant services are provided for a fee and mandatory under certain circumstances. Call or email for details and a quote.

Safety Rules & Information

  • Adults should always be supervising the kids when they are in the inflatable
  • Please limit 6 kids at a time in the inflatable
  • Weight limit per patron is 175 lbs each
  • Kid’s Height (min/max) 36″/72″
  • The age limit is 3 and up
  • No Flipping
  • No jewelry or sharp objects
  • No rough play (including wrestling)
  • Overall maximum weight in the unit is 1050 pounds
  • Do not operate any inflatable in 25 km/h winds or more
  • Never play in the inflatable when it’s raining

Rules & Regulations

  • There must be adult supervision at all times when children are in or around the bouncy castle.
  • Keep the number of children in the bouncy castle at or below the number indicated on the Safety Rules. Never put too many children inside the bouncy castle at any one time. Please group children by age, size, or height.
  • No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, toys, or objects of any kind.
  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, confetti, or silly string in the bounce house. These items can cause permanent damage to the bouncy castle.
  • No wrestling, tumbling, or flipping. Serious back, neck, or knee injuries can occur.
  • No climbing on the netting or walls of the bouncy castle or pulling the bounce castle down.
  • No pets allowed in or around the bounce house. They can damage the bouncy castle.
  • No fire or fireworks near the bounce house.
  • Do not move the bounce house from the set-up location.
  • Do not allow kids to play behind the bouncy castle or around the blower.

The renter of the bouncy castle is responsible for supervising the safety and conduct of all participants in and around the bounce castle at all times. The safety of all participants is the responsibility of the person supervising. Safety rules need to be read and understood by all people supervising. Participants should not, at any time, be allowed to do anything that is prohibited by the safety rules. Disregard of the safety rules may result in physical injuries to participants or damage to the bouncy castle.
